𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝘆𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 (𝗢𝗘𝗔𝗙) is a series of artistic events that is a complementary part of the Open Eyes Economy Summit Congress. One of the core principles of the Open Eyes Art Festival is diversity and interdisciplinarity - working across all art disciplines: painting, sculpture, dance, theatre, film, photography and graphic design, and music, both serious and pop.
One of the pillars of OEAF is collaboration, so in creating and preparing the events presented, the organisers work with a wide range of cultural institutions. The wide range of events, despite its international scale, does not forget its roots. Events go out into the urban space, often surprising with their presence in places not directly associated with culture or art.

The constant changeability of images and the kaleidoscopic interweaving of impressions is what characterises the OPEN ART project, which presents the interdepartmental and interuniversity activities of students from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
